Next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology is utilized to deeply analyze nucleic acidmolecules such as miRNAs and mRNAs carried by exosomes, enabling the constructionof gene regulatory networks. By detecting characteristic nucleic acid expression profiles associated with diseases, non-invasive liquid biopsy techniques are being developed. Additionally, the potential application of exosomes as natural delivery vehicles for nucleicacid drugs is being explored.
